Shipping:
Items are usually shipped within 3-5 business days. When items are shipped, your account will be updated in the My Account area of the site. You can check your order status by logging in here.
Returns:
You must e-mail Sean’s Dress Code & Styles BEFORE returning an item by completing the Contact Us form. All returns must be received in new, unused condition with tags and no signs of wear. Pre-owned Items have a 24-hour return and must not be altered. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the original ship date. All refunds will be given in the form of a replacement item (if available) or cash back. Cash returns will be processed within 3-5 business days after receiving the item(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable; the customer pays postage on all returns and replacement items. In all cases, there will be a 15% re-stocking fee.
